Thought Bubble Technologies (TBT) builds DNA HCP Intelligence, an enterprise data foundation for biopharma that unifies fragmented healthcare professional (HCP) signals into a single governed source of truth for Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services teams. We designed and developed their product website to explain this complex platform clearly and convert enterprise visitors into demo requests.
The Challenge
The platform solves a deeply technical, enterprise-level problem — fragmented HCP data across CRM, claims and medical systems. The website had to make concepts like signal assembly, governance, scoring and multi-function data delivery easy to grasp for pharma decision makers, while feeling premium, credible and fast. It also needed a strong storytelling flow that leads every visitor towards a demo or pilot discussion.
Our Solution
Built a modern, high-performance website using Next.js with a Node.js backend. We structured the story into clear sections — the DNA concept, the four-layer intelligence architecture (Signal, Platform, Governance, Scoring), the four business functions and the cost of fragmentation — backed by custom visuals like the animated DNA helix. A dark, premium UI with bold typography, clear CTAs (Request a Demo, Schedule a Pilot), fully responsive layouts and SEO-friendly server-side rendering ensure fast load times and better discoverability.
